November 11 at 10:30 AM EST: Caring Without Losing Yourself: How to Communicate, Find Support, and Protect Your Well-Being

Caring for someone with cancer can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting. In this webinar, Dr. Leah Walsh and Dr. Laura Polacek share practical, research-backed strategies to help care-partners navigate the challenges of their role without losing sight of themselves. Together, they'll explore how to communicate more effectively, how to ask for and accept help, how to recognize and respond to the early signs of burnout, and how to build self-care into daily life.

You'll walk away with simple, realistic tools to support your own well-being while continuing to care for someone else. Whether you're new to being a care-partner or have been in this role for years, this session is designed to help you feel more confident, supported, and empowered, because your well-being is just as important as the care you provide.
